1. Initial Contact
Call or text us to discuss your vehicle’s concern. Please include your vehicle’s year, model, mileage, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs and determine the next best step.
2. Complimentary Inspection
During your scheduled appointment, we perform a complimentary visual inspection related to your concern and overall vehicle condition. This allows us to identify obvious wear items, safety concerns, and commonly associated issues.
If in-depth diagnostics, advanced scan tool testing, electrical tracing, or extended troubleshooting is required, a diagnostic fee will apply. Diagnostic charges will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.
3. Estimate Review
We provide a professional, itemized estimate outlining recommended repairs and associated costs. You choose which services you would like to approve.
No pressure. No surprises.
4. Authorization
Once services are selected, you receive a digital repair authorization outlining the approved work and final total. Work begins only after written approval.
This ensures clarity and accountability on both sides.
5. Service Appointment
Repairs are performed by appointment. For mobile services, the vehicle must be parked on a safe, stable surface with adequate access.
We focus on efficient, high-precision maintenance and repair without unnecessary downtime.
6. Completion & Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in advance. A detailed receipt is provided for your records.
All labor is backed by a 12 month / 12,000 mile limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
7. Ongoing Support
